• FREE Shipping to UPS Access Point or Standard shipping: 3 working days*. Shipping is free of cost for orders that include 1 – 2 shoe pairs. Should you order more items the total cost will be 12 €.                                                                                
• 50 € Express shipping: delivery on the following working day* Total cost of 50 € for a shipment of 2 or more pairs and/or accessories. Should you order 3 pairs, the cost will be 62 €. For 4 or more pairs the cost will be 77 €.                 
• FREE Returns/exchanges: From the date of purchase you have 100 days. You can find further information here.

Maintenance 

• 7 € shipping to UPS Access Point or Standard Delivery:  3 working days*      
• 50 € Express Shipping: delivery on the following working day*                              
• Returns/exchanges: Please take into account that maintenance products shall not be returned nor exchanged.  

*The terms are from the time the order was placed, as long as it is made before 11.59 am Monday to Friday. If made after the indicated times, the period shall run from the next business day. These terms apply as long as no other date has been specified. Please notice that during sale periods the delivery time may be longer than usual.
